Course particulars:
This course will be taught on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Tuesdays I will give an overview of the topics covered in that week, and on Thursdays, the class will be presentation and discussion based, following the discussion questions posted for each week on this page. You should prepare answers to these questions before coming to class.
Each week you will be expected to read the texts specified on the syllabus. Where there are more than two long or three short texts you should check with me in advance which texts it would better for you to read.
